I’ve been a patient at Penn State Psych for the last 9 years. Since covid, I’ve had nothing but issues with my appointments, medication, and providers. Penn State is a teaching hospital/company and while I can respect that I don’t like having my provider changed every couple of months. There has always been a problem with refilling medication and waiting to be seen in the lobby anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes past your appointment time. Great facility. Glad we found it. My adult son has tourette's and autism. And the doctor is very much in tune with his needs and our hopes.
