yea this place is just plainly bad and probably negligent the majority of the time. i know two patients who tried this place as it’s easy to get into (because its residents) and they ended up passing. the resident says it happens all the time. okayyy sure, that’s totally normal? not in any legit practice i’ve been to
I’ve been a patient at Penn State Psych for the last 9 years. Since covid, I’ve had nothing but issues with my appointments, medication, and providers. Penn State is a teaching hospital/company and while I can respect that I don’t like having my provider changed every couple of months. There has always been a problem with refilling medication and waiting to be seen in the lobby anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes past your appointment time.
