Numerous problems with this place. The most recent of which, when I'm recovering from surgery they want me to go in to deal with problems easily solved over the phone. I will be looking for a new primary medical care giver. It's a shame, because some of the people there are actually good.
The front desk staff is absolutely terrible, no personality. Do nothing but complain about doing their jobs. Bad attitude, no “bed side manor”. If you can get past the awful front desk overall it’s not terrible just don’t expect too much or to get out of there quickly. They should close this location and move it to lime springs EDIT DR. DONNELLEY IS ACTUALLY JUST AS BAD, HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING.
The Front Desk Team, is less than desirable. I did speak to the "Manager" only to hear - she's well aware of ongoing issues & " Thats just how she is" . More or less - Like it or leave it - You can clearly see by the waiting room - Patients are leaving...
