The Front Desk Team, is less than desirable. I did speak to the "Manager" only to hear - she's well aware of ongoing issues & " Thats just how she is" . More or less - Like it or leave it - You can clearly see by the waiting room - Patients are leaving...
As far as I’m Penn State health is the best health provider in the state.
The front desk staff is absolutely terrible, no personality. Do nothing but complain about doing their jobs. Bad attitude, no “bed side manor”. Dr. Donnelley is amazing, she listens and cares about what the patients wants/needs. If you can get past the awful front desk overall it’s not terrible just don’t expect too much or to get out of there quickly. EDIT DR. DONNELLEY IS ACTUALLY JUST AS BAD, HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING.
Well when I was there I was completely honest about everything about my condition and revealing very personal details about myself and my condition. Needless to say I was treated less than human. I was judged degraded and dismissed. After wasting 2 1/2 hours there for nothing other than to be treated horribly. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Should be reported to the better business bureau.
