Edit: I took down my old review to add more detail, and to confirm that the horrible front staff and other problems did finally cause me to switch providers. I went elsewhere because of numerous problems with this place, and I'm glad I did. Some of the front desk women are awful- attitudes, hostile when asked questions, talk over you when you answer THEIR questions. Numerous problems with this place. The most recent of which, when I'm recovering from surgery they want me to go in to deal with problems easily solved over the phone. I will be looking for a new primary medical care giver. It's a shame, because some of the people there are actually good.

The front desk staff is absolutely terrible, no personality. Do nothing but complain about doing their jobs. Bad attitude, no “bed side manor”. If you can get past the awful front desk overall it’s not terrible just don’t expect too much or to get out of there quickly. They should close this location and move it to lime springs EDIT DR. DONNELLEY IS ACTUALLY JUST AS BAD, HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING.
