I love this office! They are always so helpful and responsive to questions and concerns. My PCP, Joshua Lebo is phenomenal. He always makes sure I’m 100% on board and comfortable with any treatment plan. He follows up and checks in, and is always available for my questions. The whole team is so genuinely kind and helpful. I could not ask for a better place to go for my primary healthcare!
You can never get a sick visit here. Therefore you go to urgent care where it costs more money. In addition to this, they make you have an appointment for medication refills and will do it telehealth. I’ve been asthmatic since I was 3/4. I’ve always used a rescue inhaler. I get about 1 every 6 months to a year. I messaged for the possibility of nebulizer medication (which I have had in past) and instead of a reply I get a phone call to schedule an appointment…. Don't bother with this office or any of Hershey offices in the area. They never have any availability. Third time I have tried to get in to see a doctor and been told to go to an urgent care if I can't wait a week to see a doctor. Not sure what they think the point of a PCP is if I can't be seen at least in a day or two...Office staff also never properly gets messages to doctors. It's like talking to a brick wall.
The worst thing is when the address to this place (Drx office to boot) is wrong on google; it's Willow Mill Road, Mechanicsburg NOT Old Willow Mill Road which happens to be close by; it's about time you got the address right; if I would have been charged for a missed appointment; well, let's just say I would not have been charged for a missed appointment.
called to schedule a sick visit and was instead yelled at that I should go to the ER because my PC wasn’t there all week. I tried to see a different doctor and the scheduling person was extremely rude. My symptoms are not an emergency i need 2 blood tests, all i wanted was a referral to a testing center instead i was berated.
