The service and care here is wonderful.
Everyone here was so kind, and the NP (iirc) who met with us was so attentive and thorough!
Excellent care. Timely and compassionate. Everyone is encountered were very kind. Erica the Respiratory Therapist was excellent. Very thorough and very accommodating and kind.
Had an appointment and they had to know the insurance I have, surly that is the first thing that is checked. The check in person was very nice and it definitely was not her fault. Someone in the organization needs to be accountable for checking this out before a long time patient drives there and then is told they would be responsible for payment. Then being told it was my responsibility to check coverage. One way of bypassing the insurance. Never have a good experience when dealing with any of the Penn State Medical groups.... read more
I was checked in by Stephanie, the medical assistant was Cristal, and I saw Debra Smith. I had a great visit, as usual. The staff are friendly and professional. Debra is an excellent provider.
