I love this office!! Everyone is so helpful and kind!! And Dr. Ginder is the best!! He actually listens to you!! The only thing I can say is that it is hard to get an appointment. Especially if you need one right away. But the schedulers do their best to try to get in ASAP!!
This practice couldn’t return my phone call about a request for and MRI referral that was suggested by the hospital during an emergency room visit for an entire week. I called Monday morning at 8:30am. They didn’t return my call till Wednesday at around 3:30pm with more questions. When Friday came I gave up and scheduled a new patient appointment with a Penn Medicine provider. Monday comes and they return my call saying a priority MRI is needed.
