I have gone to this office twice asking for help with my anxiety and they have denied me any help! I went this second time today and asked for help with anxiety because I have been diagnosed with two masses, one large one behind my stomach and one smaller one at the top of my leg that has a high rate of malignancy, but they would not even help me for a few days until I get the biopsy done

Find another practice and save the headache I can tell you that the only reason I have not switched is solely because my daughter is special needs and has a sleep study this month which I had to wait months to get today I called to ask about another referral that was suppose to be sent on 6/10 for gastrointestinal and staff said it was never sent. While not the entire staff is terrible I can' say that there are more negatives than positives. Good Luck..!

I went to the outpatient lab at Fishburn. Shannon drew my blood. She was awesome! For the first time in years a) didn't hurt and b) no bruise! Also want to say that Dr. K. Haines is also an extremely good doctor! I'm a new patient and she was very thorough, pleasant & listened. Recommend her highly

Every appt at Penn State Health they scan my insurance cards, Medicare (primary) and Highmark (secondary) yet they continuously bill my secondary insurance first, which is rejected. Don’t they know Medicare can be the primary insurance coverage when you are 65 years old? I tell them at every appt. And I watch them scan my cards. I had to call billing three times and each time it’s some excuse with an apology. Billing claims are continuously rejected by Highmark and then Penn State Health has to resubmit claims to Medicare. Absolutely horrible. My son has been here many times with the same insurance.. the people at the front desk constantly everytime ask if he has insurance which me and my partner provide every visit. They have everything on file but yet my partner ALWAYS has to stress when we get a 1000$ plus bill because the incompetent people behind the desk cant simply enter his insurance. Utterly ridiculous. Go to a vet instead of this place jesus christ.
