I went to the Fishburn location due to my normal location not having any sick appointments. I have been sick since Saturday with a sinus infection, ear pain, and a sore throat. I went thinking I would be prescribed an antibiotic as usual since sinus infections are not a new thing to me. I was told that I would have to wait another 4-7 days until an antibiotic could be prescribed. I reached out later crying and begging for an antibiotic as I am in that much pain, and still have yet to hear anything back. Will not come to this... read more
Been going here since i was an infant as have my 4 kids. I love this place. I went I today with my son. At check out it was mentioned that the yound ladies momma has one of the same Dr's as me. Girl I cant remember your name....but you always remember me and the kids. I wanted to tell you how much I needed to hear all you said today
I have gone to this office twice asking for help with my anxiety and they have denied me any help! I went this second time today and asked for help with anxiety because I have been diagnosed with two masses, one large one behind my stomach and one smaller one at the top of my leg that has a high rate of malignancy, but they would not even help me for a few days until I get the biopsy done
Find another practice and save the headache I can tell you that the only reason I have not switched is solely because my daughter is special needs and has a sleep study this month which I had to wait months to get today I called to ask about another referral that was suppose to be sent on 6/10 for gastrointestinal and staff said it was never sent. While not the entire staff is terrible I can' say that there are more negatives than positives. Good Luck..!
I went to the outpatient lab at Fishburn. Shannon drew my blood. She was awesome! For the first time in years a) didn't hurt and b) no bruise! Also want to say that Dr. K. Haines is also an extremely good doctor! I'm a new patient and she was very thorough, pleasant & listened. Recommend her highly
