The nurse practitioner here is a complete rude and unprofessional person. Telling us that something isn’t medically necessary. I WILL NOT be going back to this office And I don’t recommend any one to go there
Everybody is very friendly. They really care about their patients. I've been with them for 14 years. Dr Hess is the best.
Disrespectful customer service, very rude and unprofessional. We are never going back there.
Snakes. Mention back pain in passing during a physical and they will tack on an extra $100 to your bill. They'll leech out every dollar they can. When you call and question it, be prepared for some really miserable, irritable staff.
