This doesn’t help if you need to call for a checkup on a sinus infection or other ailment, but they can’t take you that day. -And when I do get a chance to get in, I’ve dealt with inappropriate comments from the doctor in response to their general questions and during exam. You’re better off going to a Med Express or walk-in clinic. Been going here for years, but now fed up with the unprofessional doctors and unavailability.
The nurse practitioner here is a complete rude and unprofessional person. Telling us that something isn’t medically necessary. I WILL NOT be going back to this office And I don’t recommend any one to go there
Everybody is very friendly. They really care about their patients. I've been with them for 14 years. Dr Hess is the best.
Disrespectful customer service, very rude and unprofessional. We are never going back there.
