My daughter was seen by Dr.Tierney for 10 years. She was amazing for Apraxia of speech and Autism
**PATIENTS BEWARE** Definitely not super impressed with this place, I'd say give it a pass and look else where. Brought my daughter there to talk about her pediatric psychiatric needs and from the moment the doctor walked in he came off as a condescending quack. We went for an evaluation and in my opinion the doctor barely scratched the surface and wasn't paying much mind to the child at all let alone actually listening to what he was being told. I would give a no star review for the developmental pediatrician office. Dr Greeny Hudson has provided nothing but a negative experience.
Today my daughter was supposed to have an appt with Dr. Nallapati. The visit was telehealth. I never received the link to start the visit with her at 11:45AM. I called the office several times at 12:19 & 1:00PM and every single person was so wildly unhelpful it’s ridiculous. I was directed to a nurse named Julie after speaker with the officer manager. It’s heartbreaking how terrible the organization is with this office. We have literally never had an appointment go smoothly. We were left to our own devices figuring out how to care for a newly diagnosed T1D 6 year old and it’s been terrifying at times. I appreciate that the CoVid-19 pandemic complicated everything, but the failures of the staff in this office directly impact the welfare of our child and it NEEDS to be addressed.
