I have been cared for by this group for several years. I find everyone from the receptionist to the doctors to be extremely caring and knowledgeable. Dawn is exceptional in spotting an issue. I have recommended this group to many people.
I strongly recommend other place. The staff was rude and wait time was ridiculously long. Why bother making an appointment…. Seriously…
I give this penn state lab zero stars review. They never seem to have my lab request and have to have them faxed in. Faxed??? Waited over an over an 1 hour and still no lab work. Typical of penn state. This place is a joke. This is the 5th time it has happened to me.
Walk in only. Went before work and the entire waiting room was full and people had to stand. It took ~8 minutes per person and I waited 1 hour before I got my labs done. The actual labs were quick ~2 minutes.
