I wish I had the names of the three gentleman who came out to help my grandfather not once, but twice last week on the same day. He was in such a vulnerable state and they made him feel so comfortable and conversed with him as if they were friends. They kept us informed and included us on all conversation. It was such an emotional and chaotic day and their demeanor, politeness, and empathy made me feel so much more comfortable. I cannot say thank you enough!
