Brought my elderly parent here for bloodwork this morning. Absolutely ridiculous that they have ONE poor girl checking in on a Saturday morning!! (She is always super pleasesnt and efficient though) There were NINE people on the list and many more coming in after. That is unacceptable. If you can't afford to hire more than one staff person then maybe you should rethink how you run a business. The ladies in the lab here are fabulous as well, no negative on them, this is all on management.
