When I show up for lab work its closed at 7am went the next day 7:15 closed. Went the following week and still closed. This is ridiculous. Id give 0 stars!
7:17 no one here to open. 5 cars waiting. This is terrible service.
I like this lab above the others in the area because it is far less crowded and I get my lab work done almost immediately whenever I go. The techs are good at their jobs as well.
Hours are 7am -5pm M-F. Arrived at 7 on Monday and no one was here, place is closed…. Three other cars in the lot, no sign on the door about special hours (except for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve closing early.
This is the most unreliable lab. They regularly close during their scheduled hours so patients show up for important and time sensitive lab work to see a closed sign on their door then need to scramble to get somewhere else. I always try to call ahead and verify but that is just as unreliable, especially when it is last minute time sensitive lab work.
