The last time I got blood work done here, they not only closed the door in my face at 3:58 (they apparently close the door at 4:00 even when they close at 4:30) after I had to rush there (left work early!!) they also didn’t take my insurance down. SO weeks later I got a bill in the mail for an uninsured visit. :)))) I had to call to get that sorted out which was extremely frustrating to have to spend extra time doing, when it would’ve taken maybe 2 minutes at the actual office.
