Highly recommend calling for wait time prior to visiting if in conjunction with an appointment. Even if you’re there well before your appointment and no one is there, there is often a wait and you will be unable to be done in time. The staff is very friendly, just unfortunate.
Find another lab. From the check in process through the blood draw. AWFUL!!!
The last time I got blood work done here, they not only closed the door in my face at 3:58 (they apparently close the door at 4:00 even when they close at 4:30) after I had to rush there (left work early!!) they also didn’t take my insurance down. SO weeks later I got a bill in the mail for an uninsured visit. :)))) I had to call to get that sorted out which was extremely frustrating to have to spend extra time doing, when it would’ve taken maybe 2 minutes at the actual office.
