My well hydrated fiancé got heavily bruised due to a distracted phlebotomist. I saw her twisting the needle while it was inside his arm. Rude staff as well. Both the lab and the doctors office (ventezuelo) sucks
I got blood work done this morning at 8 AM and the entire staff was very pleasant and very quick! Susan Was phenomenal very sweet lady, Definitely knew what she was doing, and made my experience very pleasant!
Wish I could give 5 stars but it's the wait. Would like to see 2 people doing blood work instead of just one. Or be given an estimated wait time to be given the option if we wanted to wait or not. The staff is great.
