When I first started going to this Doctor's office a few years ago.It was one of the best experiences that I have ever had dealing with a Doctor and nurses. I decided to go to this Docs office cause my grandmother used to go there and she was given the up most respect and had nothing but pleasant experiences. Trying to get a call back from the family medicine office is a joke. I’ve been a patient here since it was a small private practice across the street, and the service has gone down hill severely since being bought by Penn state health. Like I left a message 7 days ago and I still haven’t heard back. Would you go to a dr office that’s front desk people treated patients like that?
Love it here, everyone is always nice and its easy to get a hold of the office for any needs like making appointments, changing appointments and getting refills
