Trying to get a call back from the family medicine office is a joke. I’ve been a patient here since it was a small private practice across the street, and the service has gone down hill severely since being bought by Penn state health. Like I left a message 7 days ago and I still haven’t heard back. Would you go to a dr office that’s front desk people treated patients like that?
Love it here, everyone is always nice and its easy to get a hold of the office for any needs like making appointments, changing appointments and getting refills
Each time I visit the Penn State Exeter Outpatient Center, I am pleasantly greeted by friendly staff and doctors. Even if the waiting room is crowded awaiting blood tests, people are pleasant, and they work quickly, professionally, and efficiently to provide assistant to everyone.
