Asked for Radiologist to compare results to past results in my portal. Told ok. My results said no comparison.
I’ve been to this place 4 times before never have I been treated so poorly. After filling out my form the nurse tech asked if I told the person that called for my appt that I had a heart watchman I said no I just fillled in on form like other times. Well she exploded and said until she finds out that I would have to wait, I explained I wasn’t asked by the appt lady that I had a watchman I said it should be in my chart. On July 2, 2025 I had a “rescheduled” brain MRI because I did not bring all my equipment related to my spinal stimulator implant on 1st visit which I was not informed of needing to bring in the confirmation call. On July 2nd was my rescheduled brain MRI, so I of course brought my spinal stimulator equipment “fully charged” as I was told. Do not schedule your MRI here. I brought my mom here for a MRI. They had us come a half hour early just to wait. And the MRI itself is still going…90 minutes and counting. Been here since 6:30 and it’s now 8:30. I’ve had dozens of MRIs myself, and I have never experienced anything like this. Save yourself time and frustration and schedule elsewhere!
If you're getting imaging done do not get there early. I got there 30 minutes early and then I waited over an hour to get called back. 38 minutes after my appointment time! The receptionist had to call the nurse to tell her to do her job!! I told the receptionist I was only waiting 30 more minutes. I finally get called back and changed then I sat back there for 30 MORE minutes!!! I don't have all day to wait around so I got dressed and left. This is the worst imaging place I have ever been to.
