My little brother was admitted for a couple of days. I can't say enough nice things about the staff here. The nurse that worked with him, Jordan, was so compassionate and personable. She went above and beyond to check on him and his visiting relatives. She really got to know him. She is truly an angel.
Great staff who care deeply about patient care!
Great people. They either despise you enough to neglect & possibly kill your child(ren), or they just try to get your child(ren) taken away. Look into it. It's happening all over PA, & none of the hospitals are safe. I'm sure it's in other states, too. These "top" hospitals must be getting rewards from CYS somehow.
I spoke with someone to reschedule an appointment, they put me on hold for 1 hour and then I hang up. Prior to this call, I called twice and after being on hold the call would be ended 15-20 minutes. Worse experience I ever had a health provider office.
