I highly recommend Penn State Health for any pediatric emergency. My baby and I fell down the stairs and I went to Harrisburg emergency as it was closer and it was such a joke. My baby was only 9 weeks old and hit her head and fell asleep right away and couldn't be woken up. Harrisburg barely evaluated her and was trying to tell me that a head ct wasn't necessary. Thankfully they transferred us to Penn State. Lesson learned. When we got to Penn State, we immediately were taken to a room and had several doctors evaluating my ... read more

Worst service ever! with doctor and nurses no any update till 7 hrs waiting and kids are upset hungry sleepy,hell service I ever had then other hospitals.

My experience here was a solid 1.5/5 and here’s why, I was here for crisis and I came by ambulance all the way from Harrisburg, and I got there around 4-6pm and they put me in the waiting room, it was empty besides the peds waiting area in the ED. I was the only one in a wheelchair in the waiting room waiting for PEDS triage and then I got triaged. The PCA there was kinda rude(I remember her from my last time there) and then I got put in a double room in the BH side of the Pediatric ED, things went smooth my aide was nice an... read more
