I visited my doctor this week, and the waiting room had a bad odor. Please keep up with the cleaning; it is a place where bacteria are brought in from outside and where sick people gather.
This location failed to submit the billing properly. I was sent a bill for almost $2K. I have three different insurances, so absolutely the bill should have been $0.00 due to the assistance I have. And Penn State gave me Financial Aid, which again reassures a bill of zero, not $1,900+. The 2nd visit the radiology (female) had no empathy and attempted to cancel my appointment. I needed crucial imaging to ensure I wasn't in a hemorrhagic situation. ......pathic emapthy. I've seen it in more than one employee at Penn State.
