Son (5) has been to the er three times in the last 12 to 13 months for ear infections and pain due to wax buildup/compaction. Apparently he has something where his ears don't drain right and the wax builds up. Was told by his family doctor initially as well as the 3 er doctors since he needs a specialist and have been trying since we were first told by the family doctor 12 to 13 months ago now. I went here with hopes of getting answers for my sudden decrease in hearing and worsening tinnitus. I was given a hearing test (the audiologist was great) and then sent to a room to wait . . . and wait. A PA came in and said I have hearing loss (I already knew this). She never went over the results in detail, and I wasn't given or even shown a copy of the results. She only asked if I wanted an appointment to be fitted for hearing aids. My grandson has been coming here for 4 years and I couldn't ask for better care ! From two different surgeries and continued follow up care, he loves coming and we love that they are taking care of him !
Had an appointment for my sinus for a second opion. Which I been waiting for 2 months. They called me to say the Doctor cancel my appointment after seeing my CT scan not worth seeing me. So he canceling without talking to me to find out what is going on with my sinus. I have no words for this doctor. That's not being professional.
Scheduling system is appalling. Hours on hold and frequent cut offs so that redialing is necessary. Medical personnel and doctors are excellent, but poorly served by phone communication.
