The surgery ran over an hour past time and was not informed of much. Terrible service and rude front desk reception
Penn State staff and physicians were fantastic. You have to be VERY careful though, any imaging done will be done by Mt Nittany and they will charge you a massive amount of money for radiology services. Office visit with physician was $210. Radiology services for a knee radiograph was $510 from Mt. Nittany. They can get away with this due to a 'facility fee' that hospitals can charge.
Jen is truly amazing. She's kind, thorough, patient, and an absolute expert. I had been struggling with a hand issue for a year, but since working with her, I've made incredible progress. Without her support, I can’t imagine I would have been able to achieve this on my own—or with anyone else. I am so grateful.
The physical therapist Jen and the LPN Natasha are 2 of the most beautiful souls that I’ve ever met. My son Dominic has had to go to therapy after getting his fingers crushed/broken. He just tuned 20 so he is still my baby and a kid to me and they realized that and spoke to me like I was a MOM and still treated him like a young adult (not a kid)… perfect balance and very HIGH emotional intelligence for them to navigate that with such grace.
