Penn State staff and physicians were fantastic. You have to be VERY careful though, any imaging done will be done by Mt Nittany and they will charge you a massive amount of money for radiology services. Office visit with physician was $210. Radiology services for a knee radiograph was $510 from Mt. Nittany. They can get away with this due to a 'facility fee' that hospitals can charge.
Jen is truly amazing. She's kind, thorough, patient, and an absolute expert. I had been struggling with a hand issue for a year, but since working with her, I've made incredible progress. Without her support, I can’t imagine I would have been able to achieve this on my own—or with anyone else. I am so grateful.
The physical therapist Jen and the LPN Natasha are 2 of the most beautiful souls that I’ve ever met. My son Dominic has had to go to therapy after getting his fingers crushed/broken. He just tuned 20 so he is still my baby and a kid to me and they realized that and spoke to me like I was a MOM and still treated him like a young adult (not a kid)… perfect balance and very HIGH emotional intelligence for them to navigate that with such grace. Good PT service, but typically over-booked (months till first appointment). Also web page says 8-5, but the phone message says call back during business hours (8-4:30).
