My driver's truck lost power and I sent it to Penn Service to get repaired. These guys are professional and know what there doing. Was able to diagnose my truck pretty quickly and help with getting him back on the road. I would highly recommend this shop and the good people that work here.

The worst call operators I've ever talked with , she literally told me to ask mile marker on the google map from my driver, even I suggested to send his location, TERRIBBLE!!!

I made sure from the beginning to ask for the grand total price. I was given a price and paid it, but it ended up not being what I originally asked for. Then at the end, I was hit with another bill that was way more than I expected. This wasn’t clearly communicated, and it was really unprofessional.
