We've worked with dozens of title companies in the area, and unfortunately had a very frustrating and disappointing experience closing a lot sale with Penn Realty. The title clerk in charge of our transaction was rude, combative, and a poor communicator, who had to be reminded numerous times to process documents we had already sent, and rescheduled the closing date with no communication to us (seller) or the buyer's agent.
