Had an appointment for an ultrasound and a lady named Jennifer called me two days before my appointment and she was very rude to me I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if she was angry she had to go to work in a snow day but nobody should be treated this way. So I told her to cancel my appointment because she was too rude and then I find out she wrote that I cancel my appointment because I wanted a different date.
This office is expansive beyond the waiting room, with plenty of space, and is generally not overcrowded. It has always been very clean. Staff are more down to business than friendly, except at the front desk, who are always very helpful. I rarely have to wait long with an appointment. Overall, this place runs like a well-oiled machine. As a bonus, I often get reports in mychart fairly quickly when visiting. Two thumbs up.
Screening mammogram. The staff was friendly and the wait was short. I’m giving it 2 stars because I expected they would have the same 3D mammography machine as Penn Radnor and Perelman - but they did not. The model they have was not built for women who wear a smaller cup size. I felt like a pretzel during positioning and had to jerk a little to avoid the machine whacking me in the head while recording one of the views.
