At every stage of the process this morning, everyone involved was so pleasant and made getting an MRI, while not exactly a walk in the park, not so bad as I had been anticipating.
I have to have frequent MRIs and I always go here. They are extremely pleasant.
I’ve had two awful experiences just with the receptionist before I even had my first appointment and now will definitely not be going. Michelle was incredibly rude on the phone and even laughed while stopping me mid question to tell me I was calling the wrong office. Absolutely horrible. Would give zero stars if I could.
