I went to Chester County Hospital to get a STAT CT scan of the abdomen/pelvis W IV contrast scheduled at 9:15pm. I get there on time around 8:40 pm because I was in a lot of pain. The Radiology waiting room was closed because they were mopping the floors. I had to wait outside on the benches to be called since I was checked in downstairs. The radiology scheduling dept is terrible the employees are all extremely rude including management and don’t expect them to put any kind of effort into scheduling an appointment you can make it to! Hours for my test are 8 till 3 so your out of luck if you have a job during the day The staff need to be trained how to do there job’s it took me all day to get appointment scheduled my insurance does not require precert for my test but the low level women kept arguing and telling me I need a precert and refusing my appointment. ... read more

Scheduling process was awful... absolutely awful. Inefficient, rude, and unwilling to help coordinate with my provider. Any other business with this many poor ratings would suffer, but a lack of competition means these hacks can continue talking about TV instead of meeting the low standard of care we have to be grateful for.

i called and spoke to DEBBY on the phone who was NOT HELPFUL while im trying to get my breast lump removed and fully hung up on me. she didnt give me any information and very rudely says she knows nothing.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Scheduling an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. If your a patient in the system, shouldn’t all of your information to accessible? Unprofessional and very difficult to understand the woman scheduling the appointment. It took over 20 min to schedule an appointment. And then I was told the office wasn’t picking up. WTH is up with this?
