I’ve had two awful experiences just with the receptionist before I even had my first appointment and now will definitely not be going. Michelle was incredibly rude on the phone and even laughed while stopping me mid question to tell me I was calling the wrong office. Absolutely horrible. Would give zero stars if I could.
I always have a positive experience at Penn medicine radiology Fernhill from the greeting through check-in and during the procedure with the tech all are professional and welcoming.
Staff is not friendly!
