Katie is FANTASTIC!!!
Not a great check-in experience with Penn Radiology today. I did my paperwork online and arrived 20 minutes early to sign in and check in for my appointment at the front desk. I paid the co-pay, provided my insurance and license, and then I was told that I was all set and could have a seat. 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time (50 minutes total in the waiting room), somebody called out asking if there “was a Samantha here?”- I said yes, I’ve been here for almost an hour.
