I have been going to Penn Bucks County for several years. Christy and Yeva are awesome! They are friendly and efficient. Also, the phlebotomy technicians are friendly and efficient. My procedures are painless. I highly recommend this facility!!!!!!
The scheduling process was very confusing. My order was for the right breast, but the appointment kept showing the left side. I called to correct it, but it was never fixed. The staff should be more careful with patient orders.
I walked in to make an appointment and they took me right back for an X-ray and the technician was amazing. Nice and efficient. The girl up front also scheduled me for two other appointments and was friendly and patient.
SUPER FRUSTRATING to get through to anyone:(( The phone system badly needs to be fixed
They canceled my MRI without warning, after waiting for over a month, because they wrote down my contact info wrong. Never secured a secondary contact, never contacted the ordering physician. Did nothing to make up for it, like attempting to accommodate a reschedule.
