Place has been closed for 2 years now, Penn please update your address , the new radiology center doesn't even show in Google maps .
Impossible to get through on the phone. Waited 40 minutes to be put on another wait line.
I wish I could give no stars. If I could base my review on the technician, I would be happy to give more stars. My problem is with whomever deals with inputting the correct information. Not only was my information possibly leaked the day of my visit, they couldn't even apply my payment correctly. I had an outstanding bill for quite some time even though I paid. And now I'm still dealing with hassles (over a year later) because they can't even get the referral right, trying to charge me more!!!! Get your stuff together!!! I s... read more
The receptionist and x-ray technician were both absolutely delightful. I was greeted warmly and handled with care. This is how I wish every medical office I visited was run. Fantastic experience!
