My husband is a patient of Dr O’Connor for restless leg syndrome. This week he has called this office Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday to get his script sent over to our pharmacy. He has 3 pills left and told them this repeatedly he needs these pills to sleep still waiting ……….
Three of us in my house hold are patients here. My mom sees Dr. Del Re for moderate COPD, my dad and I see Dr. O’Connor or Monica for sleep apnea. We’ve always had great care with Penn. Any time we have needed them they’ve done their best to accommodate us.
Their scheduling system is Horrible. Lack of communication.
Meh. Doctors are great but scheduling needs work. Consistently wait 40+ minutes to even be seen suggests over booking.
My appointment was cancelled/changed. I work and had to request PTO and the rude condescending and a bit snotty person who called me to change my appointment told me my choices were afternoon with a physician assistant or February. I was a little frustrated because I took time off work for a morning appointment and now I have to make changes for afternoon or wait till February.
