Doctor St Deblasio is amazing but his office staff sucks. They can’t manage technology and they don’t know how to upload scripts to MyChart. They need training - young crowd cannot be handled by this staff
Called 3 weeks ago to make an appointment for blood work ect. Lady over the phone was very helpful and considerate of my needs . Gave them insurance information about my new plan and numbers . Was told they take that insurance,Finally today was my visit lady at the front desk was very polite and took all my information, and new insurance. Long story, short: Called about chest pain and if they had an EKG. They did. Scheduled an appt for 145. Got there at 110. Waited till 205 to be seen. I was having a heart attack! Was rushed to the hospital. Phone GPS said I arrived there at 305. Had emergency surgery where they placed a stent due to blockage. 55 minutes passed and 10 people were seen before me. (I was the 3rd patient called after 145) My history with this group is not long. But I am not sure there will be one moving forward.
