I find the Dayton office to be very unprofessional. The office staff can be very rude. If you want something down from them you are given the run around. Rarely expect a follow-up call. It seems like they want you to make an appointment for everything, even for simple request like filling out a document.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

No, they were polite Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's office too loud?
