Why isn't anyone answering this line??? I was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday. This is absurd.
After careful consideration I have decided to step away from the practice. I do not feel like they have been able to assist me properly with my needs. I haven’t been happy with the practice for quite some time. Examples being delayed responses or no response at all at times, difficulties getting appointments in a timely manner, conflicting statements, feeling like I’m not being heard, very dismissive treatment. I have been seeing Dr. Selassie now at this location for the better part of 8 years now. (Time flies!) I truly hope he goes nowhere soon because I have never had a better doctor. He is thorough, compassionate, on time, accommodating, knowledgeable, empathetic, and much more. When I went through a terrible period of major depression a few years ago, he worked tirelessly with me to find the right medication/medication combo until I started to feel better. Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Staff were careless and dismissive. I reported multiple symptoms and was told to “go to a store and take a flu test.” No medical advice, no concern, no effort to help, and no alternative options offered. I was completely brushed off and treated like I didn’t matter.
I have been going to Dr. Keah for years and have always had a good experience. Dr. Keah and I hit it off immediately. She’s thorough and kind. I am 77, so I have been to enough Drs by now to judge. Plus I have a chronic disease. Her office staff also has responded quickly answering my needs and questions. Very glad I chose her for my primary.
