While the treatment team was highly professional, the initial experience was undermined by the front desk I experienced repeated and consistent rudeness from the receptionist over multiple days, who seemed unable to engage in a civil conversation. Her approach felt potentially racist as she would have pleasant interactions with others right in front of me. To add to the frustration, I was made to wait for a half-hour despite arriving early for my 9:30 AM appointment.
I have found the office very clean and the staff very nice. Everyone has been very professional
