Let me share my experience with Penn Power, Bedford PA. This location is just awesome! Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Was in and out of the shop for an APU issue in a matter of a few hours. They keep you updated throughout the process, from diagnosis to repairs, to completion. Everyone from the front desk to the shop is just awesome to deal with. I called Penn Power Group when my truck wouldn’t start, and they were on-site within 30 minutes at the Rutter’s on Highway 30. They had my truck fixed in just a few minutes, the pricing was very reasonable, and the team was incredibly friendly and professional. I will absolutely use them again for my family’s 50-truck fleet anytime we’re in the area. Thanks again!

Unprofessinal /Way over priced!!!! This place is a robbery in broad daylight to every customer that dares to walk in. Mine was $2700 dollars in 8 hours labor alone? They make more than a presidental rate!!! Is what was stolen from me with the issue still there. I called with no response back .pitful
