Bedford is a very small town and I'm grateful that Penn Power was able to get me up and running again . The techs were top notch and the price was fair because you'll probably have to get a tow to Carlisle or Altoona to get to a shop. If I ever break down again anywhere near Bedford I'm definitely getting towed to this establishment
Not recommend this shop, i went to shop for engine fan belt change. They don’t have belt so mechanic drive 40 miles away to get. That is totally understandable. Once mechanic started his job, took him 3-4 hour to put belt on. He was struggling to fit it. And broke new tensioner while trying to fix. Experienced mechanic would take less than hour to did it. Charged total 1626$ for belt change.
Bunch of theives try cheat me for $12000.00 for dpf filter. Which only costs about $3000.00. Please be careful going their
Was broke down there only need dpf presure sensor to fix the problem. They try to sell me whole dpf filter for $10000.00 I called the kw dealer in carlisle pa and they said if it need the dpf filter it be only $3500.00 with labor and everything . I got my truck towed from them. It olny need dpf presure sensor and the codes need to be cleared. They are some shady people there . Be careful!
