Friendly staff especially the part center
Had a solid experience at Penn Power Group when my reefer wouldn’t start. The lady at check-in was professional, getting my company’s info processed in about 30 minutes. The team quickly diagnosed a bad fuse and worn belt, replacing both right away—no long waits! My only gripe was the labor cost, around $400, which seemed a bit steep. Still, their quick and professional service got me back on the road fast. Definitely recommend for carriers needing reliable repairs!
Nice people. However, they can not FIX ANYTHING AND CHARGE YOU EXORBITANT AMOUNTS OF MONEY !!👎
