Had a solid experience at Penn Power Group when my reefer wouldn’t start. The lady at check-in was professional, getting my company’s info processed in about 30 minutes. The team quickly diagnosed a bad fuse and worn belt, replacing both right away—no long waits! My only gripe was the labor cost, around $400, which seemed a bit steep. Still, their quick and professional service got me back on the road fast. Definitely recommend for carriers needing reliable repairs!
