Terrible. I clearly stated from the start that my reefer was working perfectly before the accident. I was told they weren’t sure if the damage was related, but then they told my insurance it wasn’t—completely contradicting what they told me. It feels like the lady is working for the insurance, not helping get my trailer properly assessed. All of this has caused unnecessary delays while I’m left waiting for a real resolution.
