I am getting tired of them calling me even after informing them that I am not interested and to remove me from their call list. Guess what? They are STILL calling! Ugh.
Horrible customer service. It’s a minimum 1-2hr phone call fighting with a broken automated system just to get a human being on the line, an additional hour on top of that. And this is to start service. If you’re an existing customer, forget it it’s not even worth describing
The prices keep increasing.
Hold time for a representative was 2-3hours???????
ridiculous that i've been on hold for 49 minutes!!! seriously don't believe that they have anyone working the customer service to line to get mis-applied payment straightened out! terrible customer service!!! had to give 1 star for review to post. there should be NEGATIVES, not Plus starts for unhappy customers
