Great local medical facility.
I'm a certified phlebotomist for 20+ years. My Dr forced me to come here. The man that drew me today was having trouble finding a vein that a monkey could find then says did u not drink water today, so I put to my vein n say its right there, then he tells me slightly bend my arm??? WHAT???? No Ty bud I would like to not feel the needle to go in. Just insane to tell people that. That causes pain and bruising and allows the vein to move. I would avoid this place at all costs! Changed my appointment because of winter storm ( no problem ) and then I asked if they had my lab paperwork. Was told "yes, we have it". Go there in a snowstorm & it's "NO, WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR PAPERWORK". Was called a liar numerous times, & then find out their hideous portal didn't upload it! No apology whatsoever, cold & mean these idiots are. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, THEY DONT CARE !
I use SC county Penn lab because I lived in SC for 45 yrs. I moved to West Chester . I still go back to Jennersville. Parking at Fern Hill is a mess. HC places are few. Several visits to other labs keep me going back to SCC.
