I would avoid this place at all costs! Changed my appointment because of winter storm ( no problem ) and then I asked if they had my lab paperwork. Was told "yes, we have it". Go there in a snowstorm & it's "NO, WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR PAPERWORK". Was called a liar numerous times, & then find out their hideous portal didn't upload it! No apology whatsoever, cold & mean these idiots are. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, THEY DONT CARE !
I use SC county Penn lab because I lived in SC for 45 yrs. I moved to West Chester . I still go back to Jennersville. Parking at Fern Hill is a mess. HC places are few. Several visits to other labs keep me going back to SCC.
It’s a very smooth and simple process in getting your bloodwork done here. I have never had a problem nor bad experience coming here. Take it from someone that hates getting stuck for bloodwork. I haven’t experienced any pain from a blood draw nor bruises. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I am a heart transplant patient with auto immune that has to go to the lab just about weekly. As much as I hate getting bloodwork, being greeted by friendly faces makes all the difference. All the techs are great but Archie has gone above and beyond to make me feel at ease during draws. And I never have pain or bruising from blood work. Being chronically ill is hard and just being greeted with kindness and treated like a normal person goes such a long way. Thank you Archie and everyone at Penn southern chester county
Don't show up early they won't take you back till app time even I'd no one is waiting FYI. Great other wise .
