I went for lab work today. My main Line Dr. said she would send the script to Penn Med when I saw her two weeks ago. I went in today and no script so I called the Dr's office they said they would fax script right over. The script was faxed without any signature so the receptionist said she would call for me. The Receptionist was so kind and took the time to help me even though she didn't have to. I said I would reschedule and she said it's ok let's just wait and see. The script finally came.
