Penn happily accepted payment, then literally never did the work. But this isn't even the most upsetting part! Here I am - I'm buried in, and can't leave home because Penn never did their jobs. When I ask when it will be done I'm told "Sir, it WAS done. What you're seeing now is that the snow magically moved back and that's not our problem." Why can't I give zero stars?
