When a freon line, to an A/C unit in the PineCrest Community, was accidentally cut, during an annual pruning event, Penn FS' Account Manager was Rudy on the spot. After multiple disappointing calls to A/C service providers, all apparently no longer supporting an emergency mode, was able to secure a repair company/partner and within less than 24 hours resolved the issue. Came on a Saturday, beautiful day so my windows were open. The kitchen is full of dirt they blew in and the curtains are covered. They broke my landscape lights, moved everything, didn't put anything back. Then I had to wash the whole front of the house because it was covered in dirt, also have to wash the car and driveway, everything was covered in filth as well as mulch and rocks left in the driveway. Will be complaining to our property management company as well. What horrible service.
