Went to school with Brian and had relied on him to fix my jet skis. Had jet ski for a year then called to say it was ready. Was originally quoted 875.00 to fix it and ended up paying 2000.00 a year later after it was supposedly ready. Jet ski ran worse after I picked it up then when I gave it to him. Took jet ski to someone else and after spending another 1000.00 had it running like brand new in 3 days. Rebuild carbs which were supposed to already been done. Replaced wear ring. Went in unannounced with a small issue on my can am spyder. They took the part to the back and fixed it in ten minutes, and since I bought some fluids for the bike while I was there they didn’t even charge me for the 10 minute fix. Was very pleased with the service considering good ole Johnny k’s told me it would be 3 weeks to even look at the issue
This was a great place to go to. very friendly and helpful people. Helped me with my bicycle, and didn’t charge me. I would recommend them to anuone :)
Awsome place. My 25 zx6r suspension needed set up for me. The oem setting were not good at all. Took it to the dealer, an the tech pulled out his phone to "see how to set it up", I immediately went outside an called Penn ohio cycle. Asked if they were able to do it. They got me in immediately. Upon arrival the owner Brian came out an said he woukd personally set me up. He was amazing! Went thru all the settings, measured the sag an made numerous adjustments. My son needed a front tire for his Harley. He rode in from Syracuse and realized he need to replace his front tire before going back to NY. Penn Ohio was able to take care of him right away. Everyone else we called couldn't help him for 2 to 3 weeks. This place is awesome.
