This is easily the worst medical experience I’ve had. As a pregnant woman who is advanced maternal age, I am shocked by the negligence from the practice and lack of accountability with rectifying mistakes. Issue 1 – I went for an ultrasound but was billed for two which resulted in a charge. After being bounced from physicians, to managers, and billing, the practice still cannot explain why I was charged for two ultrasounds. Robyn is the best! She delivered my son and I saw her for all of my prenatal care for my 2 other children. She is kind, compassionate and an amazing midwife!

Despite my positive experience with Penn Medicine, I regret recommending my friend to the New Jersey offices due to the significant disparity in care in comparison to Philly-which has caused her unnecessary stress and hardship. The stress and inadequate care she has experienced during this pregnancy, exacerbated by significant complications and hospitalizations, is unacceptable.
