Called in and talked to their answering service to see why I needed and appointment. Transferred me to the west grove office and they answered and immediately asked to put me on hold and left me there for 13 minutes. I hung up and called back where the transferred me to the west grove office and they just never answered. I will not be making an appointment with this office due their inability to answer the phone and the unprofessional was when they did answer.
No one ever answers the phone in the west grove office and if they do they are very unhelpful
This place charged the insurance $1,000’s for an IUD 5 years ago - because I no longer have insurance they will not remove it without me having insurance, claiming it will be $1,000+ to now be removed … ….insurance fraud… they bill the insurance for it’s placement = $1,000’s. Then AGAIN (as they claim) $1,000+ for removal of what was already paid for, requiring only a nurse visit of 5 minutes or leas.
