Excellent experience with Peg Brown and her staff. After losing 2 GYNs in 4 years due to hospital closings, I was forced to find yet another GYN at 51. They both took ample time to really listen to my concerns as a new patient. They were very friendly, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about all things menopause, even offering a helpful book and podcast to check out. I am very pleased to recommend this office. Called in and talked to their answering service to see why I needed and appointment. Transferred me to the west grove office and they answered and immediately asked to put me on hold and left me there for 13 minutes. I hung up and called back where the transferred me to the west grove office and they just never answered. I will not be making an appointment with this office due their inability to answer the phone and the unprofessional was when they did answer.
