not sure what happened, delivered my daughter with this practice and had a great experience but since has gone downhill. Its impossible to get an appointment, no one calls you back, and they refused to let me see other doctors in the practice other than the one that delivered my daughter (though that was not by choice, just who was there when i was in labor) without their supervisors approval, and then i never heard back. Switched to main line obgyn and having a great experience so far!
What a terrible place. You can never get an appointment. They never send reminders. Their practitioner didn't listen to me when I was there. Do not recommend it.
I had to transfer my care from ML Health. I called desperate for an appointment after dealing with an issue for months that my previous office was not at all helpful with. The kind woman I first spoke to told me there was a two month wait for new patients, which is typical. When I explained what was going on, she spoke with a doctor, and Dr. Sloane agreed to see me as soon as possible. Two days later!!! I cried from relief. The staff was wonderful.
