I had to transfer my care from ML Health. I called desperate for an appointment after dealing with an issue for months that my previous office was not at all helpful with. The kind woman I first spoke to told me there was a two month wait for new patients, which is typical. I am very disappointed with my experience being a patient at this practice and at the Exton office in particular. First and foremost, the wait times are unacceptable. I've consistently had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment, which is frustrating. Additionally, I encountered a front desk employee, Charisse, who is not only disrespectful/unprofessional, but also seems unable to listen actively.
