I’ve been a loyal patient of this practice for a few years now, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. I’ve never received such awful treatment in my entire life. This office only cares about their bottom line and seeing as many patients as possible. They do NOT care about women or what they need or how their care. I’ve been going to this office for years and have often waited 30+ minutes past my appointment time to be seen. What a horrible office! I have a serious issue I needed help with. My appointment was at 1pm. There was an accident on the highway and I arrived at 1:02pm. I started being checked in right away. The woman at the desk took a while checking me in because they had my maiden name in the system. I told her don’t worry about changing it it’s not a problem as that’s what my insurance card says. Best Obgyn in the West Chester area…had great care for 2 of my babies…sad I’m moving and won’t be able to have them take care of me and baby #3! ❤️❤️❤️
