This is the worst practice I had ever encountered. I was scheduled for an annual check up over a year ago. I was cancelled at least 5 times and rescheduled from May to October this year. I saw Dr. H. Ching for the first time in early of 2023 and scheduled for annual check up in May 2024. They cancelled my appointment 5 times and rescheduled again and again. Took my daughter 6 months to make appt, she took off from work to go, day of appt they called and cancelled her. Then rescheduled her a couple of weeks later with a different doctor. Made arrangements with work to leave at a certain time to get to appt. Called her again day of appt to change time and doctor. Agreed to time and within 10 minutes called her back to say they could not see her at that time and wanted her to reschedule again
Waited 6 months for an appointment, took off work, and they canceled the very last minute the day of the appointment. Does not care about patients.
i will say the practice is good for general GYN care, can also be a great team to work with for early cancer screening diagnosis. However, respectfully, less than ideal practice for pregnant mothers. I hope others will have a better experience than myself, but be very wary of the triage team. There was a multitude of issues, as the triage team nor providers believed me when I say something was wrong. Despite my positive experience with Penn Medicine, I regret recommending my friend to the New Jersey offices due to the significant disparity in care in comparison to Philly-which has caused her unnecessary stress and hardship. The stress and inadequate care she has experienced during this pregnancy, exacerbated by significant complications and hospitalizations, is unacceptable.
