I had a horrible experience that made my traumatic birth even worse. I went in for a routine check in during my pregnancy and expressed that I felt like I had peed myself the night before and even had to change my underwear. Molli Bascom laughed it off and said it’s normal to have more fluids when you’re getting close to your third trimester. She didn’t test me for amniotic fluid. This is the worst practice I had ever encountered. I was scheduled for an annual check up over a year ago. I was cancelled at least 5 times and rescheduled from May to October this year. I saw Dr. H. Ching for the first time in early of 2023 and scheduled for annual check up in May 2024. They cancelled my appointment 5 times and rescheduled again and again. Since she is not available, why do they keep rescheduling the appointments again and again. They even rescheduled me with two other physicians that I willing to see. But ... read more

Took my daughter 6 months to make appt, she took off from work to go, day of appt they called and cancelled her. Then rescheduled her a couple of weeks later with a different doctor. Made arrangements with work to leave at a certain time to get to appt. Called her again day of appt to change time and doctor. Agreed to time and within 10 minutes called her back to say they could not see her at that time and wanted her to reschedule again
