Easy to park, easy to enter, elevator for all floors, safe and pleasant staff. Kudos
I’ve called 3 times over the last month hoping for a call back to discuss transferring my mom from one neurologist to another so that she can get the care she deserves. Nothing. In the mean time her condition declines. I too see doctors in the Penn Med system and it is nothing more than a profit-driven system masquerading as care. People are not getting properly diagnosed nor treated. Total joke.
I don't know about what everyone else has experienced but I am very happy with my primary, pharmacy, imaging and neurology department appointments. I even got my husband to transfer to this practice because it very well organized. I use the app. And I can communicate with my doctors really fast! I can even schedule my appointments at my convenience. I love my doctors they are very friendly and attentive.
Waited months for an appointment just for the doctor to give me medicine and sent me on my way. He didn't send me for any kind of scans either despite the severity of my health issues.
The scheduling and coordination staff did not do their jobs for an entire month, causing me to suffer unnecessarily. When I spoke to them, they were extremely rude and after half an hour hung up on me.
