Been waiting 15 minutes for someone to check us in. Why do you tell people to arrive at 12:30, when everyone is on lunch? And why does everyone go on lunch at the same time? Does anyone answer the phone during lunch? Because they ignore you when you’re here in person. I guess only their time is valuable.

I would give this practice an 15/10 for exceptional service! I absolutely love this practice and Dr. Callahan, Kayla, and Jahari are all amazing. I had the good fortune in an admittedly bad situation to find Dr. Callahan. After I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I saw her to discuss reconstruction after bilateral mastectomy. She thoroughly explained every option in an easy to understand way even though she was aware I'm a nurse. I felt very confident in her expertise.
