I love the staff and the fact that is like a one stop shop. From general practitioners to gynecologist and other specialists. They also have a pharmacy. Easy to get to, lots of parking. I never had a wait to speak off either.
Dr. Joseph Graham and his staff are not only very professional and thorough but kind.
Hours are horrible for anyone who works 830-430. I tried going over lunch and it was closed 1230-1 so I had to drive back again later. The tech Elizabeth was so miserable. Also if your script sits there for more than 10 days they will put it back. I was on vacation for a week so missed my pick up and the tech was so annoyed she had to redo it. Save yourself the trouble use a rite aid or cvs with better hours and will hold your script for weeks before putting it back. Pharmacist seemed very nice however.
The Pharmacy and staff are great but the HOURS are useless to anyone with a job. It opens after most folks start work and closes before most folks leave work. Who is Penn Medicine VF Pharmacy for? Can there be one single day during the week that they open until 6:30 or so???
