Able to unscramble insurance coverage and pre authorization issue
I have had nothing but great service from Joanne at PennMedicine Radnor. She always exceeds my expectations!! (I do not understand that people don’t like this pharmacy).
Terrible customer service. They don't answer their phones. Sometimes, they pick up and then hang up on you. When you do get a person on the phone, they're short with you or rushing you off the phone. Not the type of service I would expect from Penn medicine
